Imagine you are the owner of an MSME. Imagine you have 30 employees doing a profitable business (with only 1/3 of the people fully contributing!). How much will be the impact if you could engage another 1/3 of your team? What would be the Productivity/ profitability if you could engage them all!
How to foster diversity at the workplace? Here are some ways:
· Educate and Raise Awareness: Offer diversity and inclusion training to increase awareness and promote understanding.
· Create Inclusive Policies: Develop and communicate policies that ensure fairness and inclusivity at all levels.
· Promote Diverse Leadership: Encourage diversity in leadership positions, as diverse leaders lead to better outcomes.
· Support Employee Resource Groups: ERGs provide a space for employees with shared experiences and interests.
